Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using PSLScore ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lunium ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

PSLScore is an AI-powered facial aesthetics analysis application. The App allows you to upload photos and receive analysis reports that include aesthetic scores, facial measurements, proportional analysis, and personalized recommendations.

The App offers both free and premium features. Some features require an active PSLScore Pro subscription.

Creating an account is optional but may be required to access certain features such as report history and cloud sync. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PSLScore Pro

PSLScore Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features including detailed analysis sections, unlimited report history, and more. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App.

Payment & Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Photos You Upload

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the App. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store them solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

Your Responsibilities

• You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload

Content Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account within the App or by contacting us at [email protected].

PSLScore uses artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini, to analyze facial features and generate aesthetic scores. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice
• AI-generated scores and analyses are subjective assessments based on algorithmic models and do not represent objective or definitive evaluations of appearance
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors
• You should not make medical, surgical, or other significant personal decisions based solely on the App's analysis
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against any person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services
• Create derivative works or competing products based on the App's output

The App, including its design, features, algorithms, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Lunium and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including facial photographs and analysis data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lunium and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunium and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your Apple ID account settings to avoid further charges. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
